A-Wedding Day is a popular community, a specialty bridal mall, and an informative e-zine all in one. This makes selling and promoting your craft easy and convenient for you and your customers. Having A-Wedding Day shop puts you in a mall designed specifically for selling your hand crafted wedding gifts and accessories, and/or service anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year. A-Wedding Day is on its way to becoming the most comprehensive online wedding directory and resource guide. You’ll benefit by our growth. Your shop will have a web presence with your unique web address promoted online and offline. Also, since a-wedding Day is only a venue, you deal directly with your customers and keep all payments. You do not have to have any other web site. We will create one for you. Your shop will display your product line and/or service, will be easy to navigate, concise and friendly. It will display your logo, product photographs and descriptions, prices, shipping costs, turn around time, testimonials, a short biography and if applicable, link directly to your off the mall site. But this is not all... You choose the name of your shop and it becomes a part of your unique URL. Example: www.a-weddingday.com/YOUR SHOP NAME Your shop is set up with meta tags that are specific to your products or services. And we even design and provide you with FREE banners to use for promoting your own shop, or you may supply us with one. Banner size is 300X60 When you own a shop at A-Wedding Day, you are a part of a community. Enjoy it! Promote yourself and your shop by taking active part and contributing.
A printed networking brochure, which includes your shop along with 29 other mall shops is available to you. The brochure is customized with your business name and contact information on the front cover. Whether you are selling a product or a service there is a place for you here on A-Wedding Day. Promotion opportunities A-wedding Day offers you many promotion opportunities. All NEW shops are announced in the issues of our E-Zine that follow their set up. Participate in the community and a link will send visitors to your shop from any page you contributed to. Offer incentives and they will be highlighted and link to your shop. Submit a 25 word advertisement to be included in the e-zine announcement of your shop, for free. This offer for one free ad per shop, is on a first come, first serve basis. Other low cost promotional opportunities are available to you. Submit either a press release, an interview or write an article about yourself to be viewed by our visitors. You may, of course include your photo. If questionable, you must clear copyrights and send with submissions. Artisan submissions are listed on our Meet the Artisan page, and shop spotlights are chosen at random. You may request a specific shop to be included in your networking brochure. These brochures are customized with your business name and contact information on the front cover. The brochures are elegantly designed, printed in black & white and ready for duplication. We charge $20 per 100 copies plus shipping, or you may request a master copy and print these 2 sided 8.5" X 11" tri-fold brochures from your home computer or at your local copy center. We recommend glossy paper. Annual Hosting Fee: $300 Includes setting up your shop. We accept checks, Visa, Master Card & Discover Card. Optional payment plan: $150 non-refundable deposit with order, $150 upon completion. You may expand your shop to include additional pages within your web site. Each additional page $150 (half price). Your shop hosting fee is your only payment to A-wedding Day goes towards advertising, and for operational expenses. You are the owner of you shop and you handle all your own sales, shipping and customer service. Please note: Shop hosting terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. A couple of days ago, a lady wrote asking about adding an initial & wedding date to one of my hankie designs. Her grandmother's hankie had been handed down to her to carry at her wedding; and now, she can't find it for her daughter's wedding on July 15th. She will, as she says, "begin a new tradition" with my artwork. She was excited because my lacework is similar to Grandma's hankie and she wanted to have a piece that could be an heirloom for her family. I believe this lady found me through A-Wedding Day as my ready-made models for sale site (Linen & Lace Gifts) hasn't surfaced yet in search engine/directory listings....it's that new. I had this site just in the works when I heard about A-Wedding Day; so have been developing a site and a shop simultaneously. My excitement is not only that I have my first "order" in this venue, or that someone actually found my site.....it's that this order has pushed me back into my needlework "roots". I learned to embroider before I started school... I have been publishing standard/routine designwork for publishers in knit, crochet and cross stitch. Seldom would they take a design that incorporated more than one craft medium. I do crochet edge my cross stitch embellished towels; but, they sold sporadically to even the "crafts" magazines. Being apart of A-Wedding Day is allowing me to open up my artistic abilities and "explore" my talent.
